Your location when you track a flight with us. Your location is used for the sole purpose of providing driving times and calculating time to start driving to the airport. We do not store this information.
Your device push token when you authorize us to send you push notifications.

Personal data will be kept in a form, which permits identification of you for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the personal data is collected and processed; personal data may be stored for longer periods insofar as the personal data will be processed solely for archiving purposes in the public interest or statistical purposes;
Personal data will be collected and processed in a manner that ensures appropriate security of the personal data, including protection against unauthorized or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction or damage, using appropriate technical or organizational measures.
What we do with personal information
When you use our mobile app to track a flight, we receive your location so that we can estimate driving time and traffic conditions between your last known location and the airport. When using the our mobile app, you can opt to not send us your location, with the caveat that it will prevent us from alerting you about when to leave for the airport (you can still view flight information).
We use the personal information you provide to us when you send us emails or sign up to receive our newsletter in order to respond to your request – for example, to reply to your email or to send you communications about news and events related to the Company and our products. When you subscribe to our newsletter, your name and email address is sent to and stored by Mail Chimp.
We only use personal data collected through our mobile app and our Services for the purposes described in the Terms of Service. For example, we may use information we collect:
to provide our Services and to process and complete transactions;
to provide customer service based on your emails, submissions, questions, comments, requests, and feedback;
to monitor and analyze app usage and trends, and to personalize and improve the mobile app and our users’ experiences on our sites, such as providing ads, Content, Materials, or features that match their profiles or interests, and to increase app functionality and user experience;
to send you confirmations, updates, security alerts, and support and administrative messages and otherwise facilitate your use of, and our administration and operation of our site.

If you connect to the Service using credentials from a Third Party Service (as defined in the Terms of Use) (e.g. Apple), you authorize us to collect your authentication information, such as your username and email address. We may also, following your prior consent, collect other information available on or through your Third Party Services account, including, for example, your name and email address. Please note that we are unable to provide the basic services for registered users or any Paid Services unless you provide the above stated personal data.
If you are using our Services through an App on a mobile device, we may provide features that rely on the use of additional information on your mobile device or require access to certain services on your mobile device that will enhance your experience but are not required to use the Service. For example, you may give us your authorization to gather the specific location of your mobile device. However, in order for us to gather or use the specific location of your mobile device you must first give your explicit permission. Any such information gathered will only be used for the specific purpose explained at the time we ask for your permission. If you have given us your permission to gather and use your location, you will always have the ability to withdraw such permission by changing the settings of your mobile device.
